Refund policy
The Harpy Official Merchandise Store operates with an industry standard 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds
Once approved, refunds are automatically processed via original payment method. This can take up to 5 working days from receipt of the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process funds. If more than 15 business days have passed since a return is raised, please contact at hailharpy@gmail.com
