Shipping policy

The Harpy Store aims to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase, however during peak times this may extend up to 5 working days. This does not include pre-order items. (Please see listing of each item for more information)

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail on a tracked service. Please note once orders are shipped it is the responsibility of the recipient to manage delivery with Royal Mail.
